PLACE YOUR ORDER MONDAY BY 2PM & COLLECT IN STORE OR OPT FOR DELIVERY ON TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY. 

PLACE YOUR ORDER THURSDAY BY 2PM & COLLECT IN STORE OR OPT FOR DELIVERY ON SATURDAY, SUNDAY & MONDAY.

any orders made after cut-off times will not be honored and refund will be issued.

REFUND POLICY: 
If you are unsatisfied with the first bite of your cake, we require that the cake is to be returned to the store within 24 hours of receiving it for a refund. Photographs of cakes will not be accepted, the physical product will be required to be inspected. Once the cake is returned it will be investigated by our manufacturing QC team. Delissimo will not refund half eaten cakes or cakes that have not been stored correctly. All Cakes must be immediately transported from the store to a location no further than 45 minutes away from our East Victoria Park store and kept refrigerated. Delissimo will not credit any cakes that have been incorrectly stored.
